Parking Family – Refund & Reservation Policy Reservation & Payment: All reservations for parking at the 3rd Street Lot are considered requests until payment is received and confirmed. A reservation is only valid after Zelle payment is completed, with the name and license plate number included in the payment memo, and after a confirmation text has been sent to the property owner with the same details. Confirmation: A Parking Family Pass will be issued only after payment is verified and text confirmation is received. No pass will be given without both requirements. No Refund Policy: All confirmed reservations are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled event. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to follow instructions. The property owner reserves the right to reassign spaces if a vehicle does not arrive on time. Owner Discretion: In rare cases, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the property owner (e.g., event cancellation or other unforeseen circumstances). Any such refund decisions are final.
